Become a Trauma-Informed Professional
Learn practical, evidence-informed strategies to create safer interactions, communicate with confidence, and better understand the nervous system — in any profession where you work with people.
Why would you need to be trauma-informed?
I imagine you're working with the public? Dealing with emotional
outbursts? Cancellations? Grumpiness, even anger? Panic attacks?
Yeah, me too.
As a physician and trauma therapist, I know that underneath these big feelings is an overactive stress response.
The good news?
Once you learn more about the nervous system, especially your own, these situations become much more manageable. And you might not dread going into work.
We've designed an accessible video-based program, where you'll learn exactly why this happens, with some strategies for reducing stress - for both yourself and the people you work with every day.
